At the end of this 16-session Yellow Belt course on Bridging Leadership, the learner will be eligible for the promotion test for the BL Blue Belt.

Objectives:

A Yellow Belter should be able to share the following portfolio and demonstrate the following competencies:

1.Portfolio

• share his/her Deep Dive experience and insights through a video blog vlog

2.Competencies

• co-created or mobilized at least 2 people to do adaptive work by using the Public Narrative technique

• shares leadership journey as a white belt through Public Narrative

• Explains Ownership, Co-ownership, and Co-creation in her BL Journey
